Well, who would have thought 🙂 Honestly when I took this picture back in Jan/Feb of this year, I was hoping I would eventually reach this never ending goal. I weighed150lbs and was training for the Boston Marathon ~ yep, running 60 miles a week. But obvisouly my diet was not clean and I wasnt lifting weights ~ I was, but not heavy weights.I decided after Boston in April, I would make this goal a reality.
This past weekend I placed 1st in Novice at the Charm City OCB. 30 lbs later.. I couldnt believe it? This runner, placed in a Figure Show. And look at me!.. I have just learned to love myself and believe in myself ~ you can do just about anything with hard work.
Goals ~ to share my experience to help others and to meet more friends just like myself that didnt believe they could do it. Because you can.
